This Florentine Fiorino ring is handcrafted by me in Florence, Italy, inspired by one of the most iconic coins in European history: the Fiorino d’Oro (Florentine Florin).

First minted in Florence in 1252, the Florin became one of the most important coins of medieval and Renaissance Europe. Its famous Florentine lily (Giglio di Firenze) has remained a symbol of Florence for centuries.

I create this ring in my workshop in Florence using 925 sterling silver, then finish it with gold plating to give it the warm appearance of the historic Florentine gold coin.

This is not simply a Florence-inspired souvenir: it is a piece of Florentine artisan jewelry made in Florence, designed for those who want to carry a small part of the city and its history with them.
